Ms. Mary Lizzie (Thomison) Whitcomb, departed this life January 10, 2012, at the age of 72. She was born to the late George P. Thomison, Sr. and Annie (Fox) Thomison on May 19, 1936 in Tennessee. She was preceded in death by her parents, stepmother, 3 sisters and 4 brothers. She is survived by 6 sisters and 7 brothers. The family will celebrate her homegoing on Monday, January 16, 2012 with visitation at 12 p.m. followed by funeral services at 1:00 p.m. in Gorman-Scharpf Brentwood Chapel. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens.
