Mary Jane Talbot, 87, Springfield, Missouri passed away Sunday, March 22, 2009 in Christian Health Care East. She was born July 18, 1921 in Bois D'Arc, Missouri to Grover and Hattie Demore. Mary was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Willis Roger Talbot, a son, Roger Talbot, a sister, Lucille Aldridge, a brother, Carl Demore, and a son-in-law, Dick Wade. She is survived by two daughters, Joyce and Charles Hicks, Galena, Missouri; and Linda Wade, Hackett, Ark; a daughter- in- law, Carolyn Talbot, Springfield, Missouri; grandchildren, Alicia Hicks Hemingway, Michael Hicks and Daniel Wade, four great-grandchildren, a brother, Hershel Demore, Springfield, Missouri; and several nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 25, 2009 in Yeakley Chapel with Pastor Mike Keeter, officiating, under the care of Gorman-Scharpf Brentwood Chapel. Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 24, 2009 in the funeral home.
