Mary Catherine Mehl ,"Dee" 85 years 11 days old passed away peacefully on December 20, 2012 at Mercy Villa in Springfield. She was born December 9th, 1927 in Billings Missouri to Martin and Mary Rose, whom she helped care for in their home until their death. She was proceeded in death by her parents and infant brother, George Henry, niece Mary Beth and nephew Joe Mike, Jr. She is survived by three brothers. Charles and wife Veronica, Joe and wife Jerri, and Raymond. Five nieces and nephews. Marty, Trish husband Jody, Karla, Teresa, Katherine and husband Robert. Eight great nieces and nephews. Heather, Zachary, Karly, Lucas, Stephanie, Amelia, Anna and Eleanor. She graduated from Billings High School and attended Draughns Business College and worked until she retired in 1990. She loved the outdoors and was known for her beautiful flowers, her fabulous cooking and her love of her family. She will be greatly missed. Memorial Services are to be held on December 27th at 7 pm at Gorman-Scharpf Funeral home in Springfield.
