Mary Frances Daniels Looney Hunt, 92, passed away on May 30, 2026, in Battlefield, Missouri. She was born February 19, 1934, in Turners Station, MO the daughter of Eva Mae (Becker) Daniels and William Ernest Daniels, who both preceded her in death.

Mary lived most of her early years in Turners Station, Missouri and attended Rogersville High School. She married Richard Joseph Looney, and together they raised two daughters Pamela Drake and Sandra Arnall. They enjoyed working in the church, especially with young people.

Mary and Richard traveled to many places during his career in the Navy but returned to Springfield after Richard became ill. After his death she married OW Hunt, and he also preceded her in death. She worked many years at the Assembly of God General Headquarters, Litton Industries, and WalMart.

Mary was born with three siblings William Gary Daniels and Virginia Mae Daniels Evans, both who preceded her in death and her sister Ruth Naomi Daniels Chandler who survives her.

Mary is also survived by her daughters Pam (Fred) Drake, and Sandy Arnall; sister-in-law Betty Arnold; her stepchildren Shirley Moore, Ronald (Beverly) Hunt, Morris (Darleen) Hunt, and Ken Hunt; grandchildren, Christy (Lance) Petersen, Jason (Shelly) Arnall, Aaron (Carol) Drake, Sarah Cooper, Rachel (Brad) Nipper; step grandchildren, Rita Moore, Rene Perkins, Tammy Bell, Shauna Anderson, Bryan Hunt, Teresa Beatty, Ryan Hunt and Heather Parisse. Also surviving are 8 great-grandchildren, 14 step great-grandchildren, 13 step great-great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

Graveside Service will be held Monday, June 8, 2026 at 11:00 AM in Eastlawn Cemetery.
