Martha Sue Crowley, 93, Springfield, passed away at 4:00 a.m. Monday, August 24, 2009 in the Manor at Elfindale. She was born March 7, 1916, in Springfield to Dell and Mary ( Patterson) Harris. Martha married George W. Crowley in 1946 and was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband, George in 1990, her parents, four sisters and seven brothers. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 9, 2009 in Hazelwood Cemetery under the care of Gorman-Scharpf Brentwood Chapel. A reception will follow at Twin Oaks Country Club.
