Martha Louise (June) Agee, at the age of 94, of Springfield, MO passed away August 7, 2015. Martha had retired many years ago from the Frisco Railroad after working various office positions. She was also a dedicated member of Second Baptist Church here in Springfield. Martha was preceded in death by her father and mother, Charles and Laura Shurte, husband William Daniel Agee Sr., sister Dorothy Daugherty, and her son William Daniel Agee Jr. She was survived by her daughter Karen Jessen and husband Don of Springfield, son David Agee and wife Glenda of Albuquerque, NM. She was also blessed to have a total of 6 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and one beautiful great-great grandchild. The funeral service will be held at 10:30 am, Wednesday, August 12, at Gorman-Scharpf Funeral Home and will be officiated be Reverend Gary Longenecker. The burial will be in Hazelwood Cemetery following the service.
