Marideth Isabel Coomer, 87, of Springfield passed away December 11, 2017.  She was born March 12, 1930 in Lake Andes, South Dakota, the daughter of Ralph J. and Laura Falk Albright.

Marideth attended rural school in South Dakota, graduating from Lake Andes High School in 1947.  On May 25, 1951, she married James Stacy Coomer.  She worked in the local bank and for many years in the field of public accounting in Pierre, SD and in Springfield, MO for Roger H. Taylor and O'Dell and Company.  Marideth attended Covenant Presbyterian Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, her brother J. Richard Albright and sister JoAn Albright.  Marideth is survived by many friends of Covenant Presbyterian Church and Choir; along with special friends, Sherry O'Dell, Springfield, MO, and co-workers at the accounting office.

Graveside services will be held Wednesday, December 13, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. at White Chapel Memorial Gardens.  No visitation is scheduled; however, friends may call after 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at Gorman-Scharpf Funeral Home.
