Margaret Elaine Williams, age 80, of Springfield, MO passed away at 6:50 pm May 3, 2016 at her home.  All 3 of her children were there.
Margaret was born in Harvey, IL. She became a Registered Nurse at Silver Cross Hospital Nursing School and practiced for over 40 years.  She married Kenneth Lee Williams June 7, 1958.  They lived in Orland Park, Illinois for over 20 years.  In 1978 they moved to Norfork, AR.  She worked at Baxter Regional Medical Center for many years.       She enjoyed the company of many friends in the Mt. Home area. She truly enjoyed the country life and had great times with her pontoon buddies at the lake. Margaret was prolific in needlework. She handmade clothing, crocheted, knitted and quilted. She was a member of the United Methodist Church, becoming a lay-pastor in her later years.
She was prededed in death by her Husband Ken Williams, Father Cyrus Corbett, Mother Isabelle Corbett, Sister Mariyln Jessen, Brother Thomas Corbett, and Brother James Corbett
She is survived by her Daughter Karen Barrett and her husband Mike, Daughter Jeanine West & her husband Dennis, Son KC Williams, Grandchildren Russell, Rebecca and Robert West, Andrew and Melaina Barrett, and Great Grandchildren Kira and Stella.
Memorial Services will be held at 3:00 pm on Saturday, May 7, 2016 at Gorman-Scharpf Funeral Home, under the direction of Reverend Doug Shivers.
