Margaret Lee Overturff, 96, Allen, TX, formerly of Springfield, passed away Sunday, July 16, 2017 in Victoria Gardens Nursing Center, Allen, TX. She was born June 6, 1921 in Houston, MO the daughter of Evan and Nancy Rose Hiett.

She was a member of Woodland Heights Presbyterian Church, Springfield and Beau Belles Dance Club. She and her husband loved to dance and they danced their way through life.

Margaret was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Bill Ray; two brothers, Ernest and Hubert (Bucky) Hiett and two sisters, Dorothy Dameron and Willa Talmadge.

She is survived by her daughter Pam and husband Ron Pearce; her son, Mark Overturff; 6 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, July 22, 2017 in Wesley Chapel Cemetery near Willard, MO under the direction of Gorman-Scharpf Brentwood Chapel.
