Margaret Virginia Cerullo, known as Jenny, age 73, of Springfield, MO, passed away, surrounded by her family, on December 15 ^th , 2018.

Jenny grew up in Jackson, Mississippi. She graduated from Belhaven University with a degree in accounting. She then went on to graduate school at Louisiana State University where she met her husband of 50 years, Michael J. Cerullo. Jenny and Mike moved west to Wyoming where they raised three sons and loved the outdoors. The family later moved back to Louisiana where she completed her PhD in accounting. She went on to teach for twenty years at Missouri State University. She retired in 2008 as a Professor of Accounting. In her retirement, she enjoyed reading, gardening, traveling,  cooking, baking, and especially her grandchildren.

Jenny was preceded in death by her parents, Shelby and Virginia Ruffin, her sister, Julia, and her brother, Shelby. She is survived by her husband, her three sons Matthew, Michael, and David, her two grandsons, Bennett and Emmet, and her sister Margie.

The family will hold a private memorial.
