Lorna Dawn Broadwater Lorna Dawn Broadwater, 42, of Springfield, MO passed away at 11:20 a.m. on Monday, January 7th, 2013, in the Cox Hospital Critical Care Unit. She was a member of the West Plains United Free Will Baptist Church, though she had lived in Springfield, MO for the last three years. She was preceded in death by her older sister, Frances Sue Miller and her brothers, Buster Miller, David Broadwater & Lonnie Carl Broadwater as well as her grandparents and numerous aunts and uncles. She is survived by her mother, Frances Broadwater of Springfield, MO, her sisters, Barbara Brent of Houston, TX, Colleen Kelley Morrison, of Republic, MO and her brother, Benjamin Broadwater of Branson, MO. Lorna also has several nieces, nephews, aunts & uncles that will miss her immensely. A visitation service will be held on Thursday, 1/10/13, at the Gorman-Scharpf Funeral Home, 1947 E. Seminole, Springfield, MO from 1 - 2 pm. Burial will immediately follow at the Wade Chapel Cemetery outside of Republic, MO. After the burial, we will meet at Magnolia Square Nursing Home, 1502 West Edgewood, Springfield, MO to celebrate the life and memories of Lorna, with all the people who have loved her, cherished her, and enjoyed her over the last 42 years. She will be sincerely missed by all.
