L. Lorene Hall died July 27, 2021.  Lorene faced many health issues over the years, including cancer, stroke, heart attack, and finally the Parkinson's Disease that ended her life.  Lorene faced each of those with her dry wit and a triumph of spirit.

Lorene was Department Head of English at Tera Tech College in Ohio for many years.

Survivors include Lorene's son, Kirk, grandsons, Keaton and Mitchell Hall of Ohio; and a sister, Florene Williamson.  Preceding Lorene are her son, Charles Hall, parents, Dred and Ona McCurdy Wommack and sister, Ruth McCurry.

The family thanks The Gardens for their care of Lorene and their mutual affections.
