With great sadness the family announces the passing of their beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and sister, Lois Diane Blakey, January 9th, 2013, following a battle with breast cancer. Lois is survived by her loving husband, David Blakey; children; Davida Norwood and David Blakey Jr.; grandchildren; Ameerah Norwood, Jerell Blakey , and Alexander Blakey; siblings; Sharon James-Jamerson and husband Michael, Londerick Jamerson, Reverend Lamarr Jamerson Sr. and wife Deborah, LaVonne Jamerson, Londell Jamerson and wife Monique, Lindsey Jamerson and wife Bettina, and Karla Jamerson. Lois was preceded in death by her mother, Phyllis Ann Jamerson. Visitation will be held Monday, January 14, 2013 from 6 pm - 8 pm. at Gorman-Scharpf Funeral Home. Going home services will be held Tuesday, January 15, 2013 at 11:00 am. at New Hope International Ministries Church.
