Lawrence Mathis, a hardworking man who dedicated his life to providing for his family, passed away on March 3, 2025. He was known for his love of fishing and hunting, as well as his strong work ethic that placed honesty and hard work above all else.

Lawrence found joy in his work at Larry's Tool and Supply, where his gift for selling and his willingness to do anything for his family shone through. Despite his occasional cranky side, those who knew him understood that his family, especially his beloved wife, meant everything to him.

In addition to his work, Lawrence devoted nearly 20 years of his life to volunteering at Least Of These food pantry, where he selflessly helped those in need. He adored his grandkids and great-grandkids, and his kind and generous nature left a lasting impact on all who knew him.

Lawrence Mathis will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all those whose lives he touched.
