Larry Joe Rikard passed away peacefully at 8pm on Wednesday October 5, 2016 as his loving wife of 29 years held his hand.

A life-long resident of Springfield, Larry loved his family, hometown, grandchildren, sport cars, Table Rock Lake and his job at Bumper to Bumper.

Larry is survived by his wife of 29 years, Anne Catherine (Wyrsch); his parents Otis M and Beverly Rikard; brother Don Rikard and sister-in-law Peggy; sister Cheree Graves and brother-in-law Mike; daughter Lindsey Howlett, son-in-law Trevor and grandchildren Tori & Cole; stepdaughter Catherine Farr and grandchildren Sage, Will & Alaina; stepson Rob Armstrong and son-in-law Ron Monte; stepson Paul Armstrong, daughter-in-law Darcy Barnhart and granddaughter Essie; sister-in-law Mary Hightower & brother-in-law Steve Hightower; and many dear nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank Michelle and the staff of Hospice Compassus Care for their compassion, friendship and guidance.
