Kristi Marie Spurlock, 30, of Springfield, passed away Wednesday, January 11, 2017.

She was born April 18, 1986 in Springfield to Rick and Elizabeth (Libby) Spurlock.

Kristi was raised in Ozark where she graduated from high school.

Kristi was a loving, giving person who was loved by many. She will be sorely missed, taken too quickly and unnecessarily.

Kristi is survived by her parents, her dog Sophie and many loving relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, January 17, 2017 at 1:00 PM in Gorman-Scharpf Brentwood Chapel. Visitation will be from 6 to 8:00 PM Monday, January 16, 2017 in the funeral home. Private interment will occur at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to C.A.R.E. animal shelters.
