IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Kenny Eugene
Rogers
October 26, 1956 – February 22, 2026
Kenny Eugene Rogers
October 26, 1956 - February 22nd, 2026
Kenny Eugene Rogers, a beloved husband, father, papa, friend, and faithful servant of the Lord, went home to be with Jesus on February 22nd, 2026.
Kenny Rogers was born in Cabool, Missouri to Arlie and Laurolee Rogers on October 26th, 1956. He loved his parents deeply and honored them throughout his entire life. He had a wonderful childhood, and he treasured the memories he made as a child growing up on the farm with his four siblings: Sandra, Sherrill, James, and Patricia.
He was married to Marcy Carlson on January 8th, 1988. Together they created a beautiful life. Kenny was the father of four children: Dustin, Evan, Lauren, and Katelyn. He was a devoted father who did everything he could to make sure his kids were taken care of. His children always knew there was nothing their dad wouldn't do for them.
Kenny was driven, hardworking, and detail-oriented. He had a brilliant mind and had a natural knack for solving all kinds of problems. He had a close, personal relationship with the Lord that gave him peace and joy in the midst of all circumstances. He carried himself with humility and strength, always ready to offer encouragement or a helping hand.
Kenny loved working on projects with his best friend Gary, classic cars and motorcycles, skiing with his family, the occasional Mecum Auction, and spending time out at the farm.
Kenny never met a stranger. He had a way of making the people around him feel seen. Whether it was always making time to help a tenant in need, or taking genuine interest in how a stranger's day was going, he took the time to see the people around him. No matter what he was going through, he put others first.
Kenny is survived by his loving wife, four children, and five grandchildren (Harper, Peyton, Bristol, Callahan, and Maverick). He loved his grandchildren deeply, and got great joy from them.
Though our hearts grieve his absence, we rejoice in the assurance that he is now in the presence of his Savior, hearing the words, "Well done, good and faithful servant." His love and legacy will live on in our hearts forever.
"I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, and I have remained faithful." 2 Timothy 4:7 (NLT)
