Kenneth D. Martin, 71, died peacefully on Aug. 5, 2013, in his home surrounded by family. Ken worked at Zenith for 24 years before pursuing his dream as a business entrepreneur. He served in the Navy during the Cuban Crisis and was a member of the American Legion Post 0676. Ken was preceded in death by his parents, Daniel Martin and Elsie Bastien. He is survived by his wife, Diane of 47 years; son, Tom and wife, Jennifer; daughter, Debra Rogers and husband, Greg; four grandchildren; brother, Jerry; and sisters, Nancy Ayers and Linda Meggenhofen. Visitation will be held from 6-8 pm, Thur., Aug. 8 in Gorman-Scharpf Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 1 pm, Fri. Aug. 9 in the funeral home.
