Kenneth Jack (KJ) Wright, 36 of Springfield passed away July 9, 2017 in Springfield.

Kenny was born on December 14, 1980 in Killeen, TX. He attended Nixa schools and College of the Redwoods. He had a kind and gentle soul and deeply loved his family and friends.

He is preceded in death by his paternal grandfather Ken Wright; maternal grandfather, Jack Walton and uncle Bret Walton.

He is survived by his mother Debbie and step-father Mark Turner; father Ken Wright; brother, Steven Wright; maternal grandmother Marlene Walton; paternal grandmother Elayne Wright; aunts, Betty, Cindy and Frankie; uncles, John and Bryan Walton; nieces and nephews, Abbey, Jack, Hailey, Hannah and Gabby and cousins, Jordan and Maegan.

Memorial services will be held at 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 19, 2017 in Gorman-Scharpf Brentwood Chapel.
