IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Keith
Mcanally
October 16, 1928 – September 18, 2020
Keith Dale McAnally, 91, passed away Friday, September 18, 2020 in Springfield, MO. He was born October 16, 1928 in Seymour, MO.
Keith was the son of a farmer and loved to hunt, fish and trap. He left for Portland, OR to build Liberty ships for the war effort in 1943. Keith returned to marry Neva in Mountain Home, AR on December 7, 1949. In 1950, Keith and Neva had their first son, Robert, while Keith went to work for Producers Produce in Springfield. He worked at Taste Bakery Store before settling in at General Electric, from where he retired at age 61.
Keith was a hard working man who always believed in getting the job done, and was always ready to lend a helping hand. But he had fun, too, riding dirt bikes with his sons in Chadwick, MO, hunting, fishing and enjoying his love of cars. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren the most.
Keith was preceded in death by his parents, William (Bill) and Flossie (Demry) McAnally; siblings Elizabeth, Beulah, Maggie and William and a grandson, Billy McAnally.
He is survived by his loving wife of 70 years, Neva Jean McAnally of Springfield; children Robert (Janice) McAnally of Branson and Kevan (Teresa) McAnally of Nixa; grandchildren Natalie (Brad) Reasons, Robert McAnally, Matt (Markiea) Holmes, Anna (Brady) Sears and Baylea McAnally and great-grandchildren Jasmine, Mia, Victoria and Evelyn Jade.
Keith will be so missed by his family and friends.
