Juanita Mae Adams, 90, of Springfield, passed away at 11:07 PM on April 18, 2018 at Republic Nursing and Rehab. She was a member of Palmer Heights Missionary Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Dorothy Shine; brothers, J.T. and Jerry Shine; and great-grandson, Troy Wilson.

She is survived by her daughters, Karen (Rod) Lavigne, Carol Woodbridge, and Brenda Sitzes; sons, Earl (Colleen) and Jack Adams; 4 sisters, 1 brother, and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, April 24, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Gorman-Scharpf Funeral Home, with a visitation from 10:00 AM until the time of service. Burial will follow at White Chapel Memorial Gardens.
