John D.
Niederwimmer
Jul 21, 1957 — Jul 18, 2026
John Niederwimmer was born July 21, 1957 in Sedalia, MO to Alvin and Dorthy Niederwimmer. John spent his entire life in the construction business and owned Plue Construction. He spent his career building and remodeling McDonald's restaurants across the Midwest. John retired in 2018.
John is survived by his wife, Sharyl Boyce. Together they made many adventurous memories on their Harleys touring the states. They enjoyed many, many trips to the Caribbean and Florida with Dave and Shareen. The beach was their happy place. They spent many years on C Dock on Tablerock Lake and made lifelong friends we called "The Anchor Clankors"
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his brothers Mark and Kevin Niederwimmer, Dave and Shareen Thater and Damon and Heather Shetter.
Although John and Sharyl have no children, John adored and loved many as his own. His favorite "Littles" are Daniel and Bethany Thater, and their son Benjamin, Emily Thater, Matt and Sayde Escajeda, Landon, Kash, Jak, Reece, and Wesley; Chloe Shetter, Ronin and Addy; Spencer Shetter and Soren; Spencer Sallenbach; Stephen and Nicole Dixon; Ryan and Kirsten Niederwimmer. These "Littles" were his everything. He was so proud of each of them and beamed with joy when with them.
If inclined, in lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the Honor Flight of the Ozarks, an organization John had passion for.
