John A. Davidson, age 90, died Saturday, October 29, 2011 at the Missouri Veteran's Home. He was a lifetime car enthusiast and spent his retirement years as a partner in Ozarks Classic Motor Co. He was preceded in death by his wife of 52 years, Doris. He is survived by a daughter, Susan White and her husband Paul; two grandsons, Matthew and Benjamin White; and two sisters, Goldena Helvey and Rosalie McFerrin. A special thank you to Hospice Compassus and the staff at the Veteran's Home in Mt. Vernon for their care and support. A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, November 4, 2011 in Eastlawn Cemetery, under the direction of Gorman-Scharpf Funeral Home.
