John Harold Crawford passed away on Monday, February 13, 2017 in Springfield, MO. He has joined his beloved wife, Dolores, in the great hereafter; having lost her in death on April 26th of 2016.

John was born July 29, 1933 to Harold Walker Crawford and Eliza Roxie Peterson in Fillmore, Utah. John was raised in Fillmore, UT, and Caliente, NV, before moving to Provo, UT for his teenage years. After high school graduation, John attended BYU, where he met his first wife, Sharon Berrett. The marriage ended in divorce 6 years later, but not before having 3 children. John found his way when he met and married Dolores in 1961, becoming eternal soul mates.

John is survived by his sons, David and Steven, and by daughter Kathleen. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. One grandchild preceded John in death.

Visitation will be held Thursday, February 16th at Gorman-Scharpf Funeral Home from 2:00 – 3:00 pm. A funeral service will follow at 3:00 pm.
