Joe Carroll East, age 91, went to his heavenly home June 2nd, 2021. He is proceeded in death by his wife, Marjorie, daughter Carla, and two brothers. He is survived by his sister (Ella Sue), son (Dale East and wife Debbie), grandchildren (Amanda East, Amy East, Carissa Burk, and Amanda Loe), great grandchildren (Reece Loe and Izzy Loe) and many friends. Joe was a Navy veteran, avid hunter & fisherman, entrepreneur, and overall hard working man. He will be missed by everyone he came in contact with. Visitation will be held at Gorman-Scharpf Funeral Home from 3-5 pm Sunday, June 6, 2021, and a graveside service with a full military salute at Missouri Veterans Cemetery Tuesday, June 8, 2021. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate contributions made to the Alzheimer's Association.
