JoAnn Randolph Lippman, 81, of Springfield, MO, passed away on June 22, 2017.

JoAnn was the daughter of Milan and Lillian (Detherage) Randolph, born in Lebanon, MO, on June 14, 1936. She is survived by her husband, Edgar (Ed) N. Lippman of Springfield; their daughter, Laura Lippman of Glendale, AZ; brother-in-law Dan and wife Judy Lippman, of Phoenix, AZ; sisters Joy Saville of Las Vegas, NV, and Marilyn Starnes-Biggs of Springfield.

JoAnn was preceded in death by her parents; in-laws Lawrence J. and Katharine Lippman; sister in-law Eleanor Lippman; brothers in-law Dr. Anthony Saville of Las Vegas, NV, and W. E. "Bull" Starnes of Springfield.

JoAnn graduated in 1954 as Valedictorian from Lebanon High School, where she was also selected as Miss Magnet. She attended Southwest Missouri State Teachers College (MSU), where she was selected for Who's Who in Colleges and Universities, receiving a BS degree in Education. She was a member of Pi Omega Pi Honorary Fraternity and First and Calvary Presbyterian Church.

On June 15, 1957 JoAnn and Ed were married in Springfield, MO and were blessed to celebrate 60 years together.

Graveside Service will be held Friday, June 30, 2017 at 10:00 am at the Maple Park Cemetery, 300 W. Grand Street. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to NAMI Southwest Missouri.
