It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Jerry Daniel Elmore age 51 of Springfield, Missouri after a short battle with cancer. He peacefully left this world at 4:10 pm on April 9th 2025 at Cox South Hospital. He was born the son of Patricia Ann Elmore and Jerry Weldon Elmore in Agana, Guam.

Jerry was an IT employee at OTC. He was known for his intelligence, quick wit, sense of humor and gentle soul. People of all types were drawn to him because he was so laid back and easy to talk to.

He was preceded in death by his father Jerry W. Elmore.

He is survived by his wife Lindsay Cotner-Elmore of Springfield, Missouri, his mother Patricia Elmore of Springfield, Missouri, his sister Betsy (John) Vogel of Battlefield, Missouri and his sister Rita (Tim) Swafford of Flippin, Arkansas, his nephew Billy Endres of Flippin, Arkansas, Olivia Endres of Flippin, Arkansas and Myriah Kett of Bilford, Delaware.

Friends and family are invited to his service at 11:00 am on April 15, 2025 at Gorman-Scharpf Funeral Home in Springfield Missouri.
