Obituary

Jeffrey Lamott Bolden was born to the union of Lloyd W. Bolden and Beverly (Bolden) Yancy on May 18, 1967 in Springfield, Missouri.

Jeffrey confessed Christ and was baptized at an early age.  He graduated from Central High School in Springfield in June 1985.  Shortly after high school Jeffrey served in the Department of the Army Reserve at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri December of 1985.

Jeffrey resided in between Kansas City and Springfield with a host of his family and friends.  Jeffrey loved and cared for his family, he had a heart of gold and would give the shirt off his back.

Jeffrey was employed as a welder at Webb Manufacturing in Kansas City, Missouri, Bristol Manufacturing, Trinity Rail and Doing Steel in Springfield, Missouri.

In memory Jeffrey leaves two daughters, Alesia Buchanan of Austin, Texas, Kali Ann Gruber of Blue Springs, Missouri; one son, Marcus McDonald of Springfield, Missouri; one sister, Natasha Bolden of Mobile, Alabama; five brothers, Derrick (Cynthia) Bolden of Kansas City, Missouri, Libby (Sophia) Tracy of Bakersfield, California, David Johnson of Baltimore, Maryland, Danny (Jessie) Minton of Springfield, Missouri, Terry (Cassandra) Hooks of Kansas City; seven grandchildren and a host of aunts, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.  Jeffrey also leaves his two loving parents, Lloyd Bolden and Beverly Yancy.

He was preceded in death by grandparents, William Bolden, Mary Helen Motley, Robert L. Heard, and Fairrilla Heard.
