Jeffery David Biggers was born June 1, 1968, and passed away December 13, 2014. He shares a birthday with an aunt, Patsy Boyd of Marshfield. He graduated from Central High School in 1986. Jeff was preceded in death by an infant son, Daniel Jeffery. He is survived by his parents, Jim & Lillian of Nixa, a brother, Andy and wife Amy of Ozark, a sister Melody Netzer & husband Bob of Republic, a nephew Austin and two nieces, Lindsay and Annabel, his girlfriend Lisa Van Kooten and daughter Kayla. He will be missed by aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and co-workers. Jeff worked with his dad doing commercial construction for the past twelve years. Hunting mushrooms was something he looked forward to every spring. Some of us were fortunate to have shared in those rare finds. Jeff was quiet, but those that took the time to listen, found a depth and intelligence below his quiet surface. He had an appreciation for the simple things in life; the outdoors, working with his hands, rather than the fast paced life of today. He enjoyed riding in the woods on his ATV, fishing with his dad and brother and being with family on special occasions. Because of his special relationship with Lisa and Kayla, we have established a Memorial Education Fund in his name. In lieu of flowers we are asking for donations to made to the Jeffery Biggers Donation Fund through any Liberty Bank or mail to Liberty Bank, 4625 South National Springfield, MO 65810. This fund will benefit Kayla when she graduates and pursues a college education.
