Jeffery Glen Jackson, 58, of Springfield, Missouri, passed away on August 19, 2026, with his siblings by his side. Jeff was born in Springfield, Missouri, on October 21, 1967, to Glen and Carol Jackson.

Jeff was a laid-back, kindhearted person who was easy to talk to and easy to get along with. He had a wonderful sense of humor and a quick wit that could brighten any room. Jeff had a natural ability to make people laugh, and he was known for telling the best jokes and bringing smiles to those in his presence. His easygoing nature, humor, and genuine personality made him enjoyable to be around.

Those who knew Jeff will remember him not only for his sense of humor, but also for the simple way he made people feel comfortable and welcome. He had a way of bringing laughter into everyday moments, creating memories that his family and friends will carry with them for years to come.

Jeff's greatest legacy will be the memories he leaves behind—the laughter he shared, the conversations he had, and the countless moments that brought joy to those who knew him.

He is survived by his daughter, Chelsea, of Highlandville, Missouri; his sister, Carla, and her husband, Lee Szymanski, of Carl Junction, Missouri; his brother, Jimmie, and his wife, Mary, of Springfield, Missouri; and his sister, Paula, and her husband, Todd, of Springfield, Missouri. He is also survived by many beloved nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and friends who will cherish his memory.

Jeff was preceded in death by his parents, Glen and Carol Jackson.

Graveside Service

Graveside services for Jeffery Glen Jackson will be under the direction of Gorman-Scharpf Funeral Home in Springfield, Missouri on Wednesday, August 26th at 11 am.

Jeff will be laid to rest at Galloway Cemetery in Springfield, Missouri, alongside his paternal grandparents, Paul and Daisy Jackson, and his aunt, Wanda Jackson.

Jeff will be remembered for his easygoing spirit, quick wit, wonderful sense of humor, and the laughter he brought into the lives of those around him. Although he is no longer with us, the love he shared and the memories he created will remain in the hearts of his family and friends forever.

Rest peacefully, Jeff. You will be deeply missed, forever remembered, and always loved.
