Jason Lee Clamors, age 28 of Springfield, Missouri passed away on Thursday, January 17, 2013. Jason graduated from Springfield Catholic High School in 2002 and attended Drury University. Jason was employed with Nixon & Lindstrom Insurance. Jason thoroughly enjoyed his career and those that worked around and with him. Jason was a member of Twin Oaks Country Club and a brother of the Epsilon Beta chapter of Sigma Nu. Jason's passion in life was playing golf which began at an early age with his father and brother. Jason enjoyed being with his friends and family, and living life to its fullest. Jason had a big heart and was loved by everyone he touched. We all will miss him every day of our lives. Jason was preceded in death by a grandmother Rowena Geoghegan, and two grandfathers Bill Henry, and Norman Clamors. Jason is survived by his parents Ron and Debra Clamors of Springfield, MO, a brother and wife Justin and Angie Clamors of Crawford, Nebraska, a nephew and niece Preston and Addison Clamors of Crawford, Nebraska, a grandfather, John Geoghegan of Springfield, and two grandmothers, Jan Clamors of Branson, and Edith Henry of Nixa. Jason is also survived by aunts, great- aunts, uncles, great- uncles and cousins. A visitation will be held Thursday, January 24, from 6 pm - 8 pm at Gorman-Scharpf Funeral Home. Funeral mass will be Friday, January 25, at 10:30 a.m. in St. Agnes Catholic Church, and burial will be in Rivermonte Cemetery, Springfield, Missouri. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Agnes Catholic Church. The Clamors' family would like to thank all of Jason's friends and family for their prayers and support during this difficult time.
