Janet K. McCandless, 61, Springfield, passed away Wednesday, June 18, 2014 in Mercy Hospital. She was born October 24, 1952 in Fresno, California, the daughter of William H. and Mary Henson. She was united in marriage to Timothy M. McCandless. Janet is survived by her husband, Tim; daughters, Jolene Meeker, Sharlee Lawless and Christy Louya; step-children, Cody McCandless and Nicole Hedrick; two brothers; four sisters; and fifteen grandchildren. Services will be held at 6:00 p.m. Friday, June 20, 2014 in Gorman-Scharpf Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. until service time.
