Jan Anders Barnes, 72, Springfield, passed away Wednesday, September 23, 2026 in Mercy Hospital. She was born July 16, 1954 in Springfield, the daughter of Harvey Anders Jorgensen and Virginia Mae Devereaux Jorgensen.

A private family service will be held at a later date. Jan will be laid to rest at Hazelwood Cemetery next to her husband, Richard.
