James Howard Zimmer, age 83, of Springfield passed away October 28, 2015. He was preceded in death by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Howard Zimmer and brother, Richard Zimmer (Myrt). James is survived by his wife Peggy of Springfield, MO; daughter Kimberly Creed (Sandy), Franklin, TN; son Robert Zimmer (Linda); granddaughter Alyssa Zimmer; grandson Alec Zimmer, all of Branson, MO. Memorial service will be Tuesday, November 3, 2015 at 11am in Gorman-Scharpf Funeral Home. Visitation will be Tuesday from 10 to 11am in the funeral home.
