James Kent Palmer passed away on June 8, 2018. He was preceded in death by his parents Retha and Jim Palmer.

Kent was a loving son, brother, father, grandfather, and uncle. He is survived by his daughter Ashlea Palmer, son Chris (Paula) Palmer, and sisters Carol (Walter) Locke and Cathy (Randy) Barron. Grandfather of Kyle and Kayla Palmer, Courtney Dugan, uncle to James Locke and friend to all who knew him.

According to his request there will be no funeral service.
