James "Bill" Barclay, beloved husband of Phyllis Barclay, passed away June 27, 2023 with his son, Steve, at his side. He was preceded in death by his parents, son Bill Jr., and sister Norma Jean Schrader. Dear father of Scott (Teresa) and Steve (Brenda), brother of Margy Enstall and David (Joanne), grandfather, great-grandfather, uncle, step-father and friend.

Bill and Phyllis reunited in 2002 and celebrated 21 years back together.

There will be no services or visitation at this time. As he requested, cremation will take place at Gorman-Scharpf Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations to the charity of your choice.
