Jacquelyn Alexis "Jackie" Crowder, 27, Springfield, passed away suddenly Sunday, December 17, 2023 from complications of a congenital heart disease. She was born August 8, 1996 in Springfield, the daughter of Michael Lee and Mary Christine (Patton) Crowder.

She grew up in the Springfield and the Nixa area and attended Nixa schools. She was recently baptized at James River Church. Jackie loved animals but her biggest love in life was her daughter, Hazel.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Matthew Taylor Neal, grandparents, Bill and Anita Crowder, and her uncle, Matt Patton.

Jackie is survived by her mini me, Hazel Nyx; mom, Chris Patton; her dad, Mike Crowder; sister, Mattie Crowder; nephews, Hudson and River; brother, Evan Crowder; grandparents, Jerry and Mary Ellen Patton; aunt, Cindy and husband, Sean Balisle; uncle, Doug and wife, Ashley Patton; aunt, Jill Patton Davis; great aunt and uncle, Bob and Cindy Henry; her fur babies; and a host of other family members and friends.

Memorial services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, December 21, 2023 in Gorman-Scharpf Funeral Home. Donations may be to made to help with the cost of Jackie's funeral services.

Prayers are especially appreciated in the days ahead. The family would like to extend a special thank you to everyone for their prayers, calls and blessings during this difficult time, especially the Springfield and Republic School Districts.
