Jack W. Lantis, 82, of Springfield, MO passed away December 31, 2019 at Glendale Gardens.

He was born September 16, 1937, the son of Webber A. and Ada N. (McCamen) Lantis in Los Angeles, CA.

Jack was preceded in death by his wife, Sheila; his parents; his brother, David; daughter, Kim; and 3 grandchildren. He is survived by 4 children, Lynne, Bonnie, Norlene and Eric; 9 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; and numerous friends and loved ones.

Visitation will be Friday, January 10, 2020 from 12:00 – 1:00 PM, with the funeral service at 1:00 PM at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints on Ingram Mill Road, Springfield, MO.  Burial will follow at Maple Park Cemetery.  Online condolences may be made at www.gormanscharpf.com.
