Hugh Cobb, 81, of Ozark, MO, passed away May 21, 2015 at Mercy Hospital surrounded by family. He was born November 26, 1933 in Morganton,NC to Robert & Ettie Cobb. He retired from U.S. Army Special Forces in 1973 as a Veteran of the Korean & Vietnam Wars. He accepted Christ while in battle serving our country and was a member of New Hope Free Will Baptist Church in Rogersville, MO. He was united in marriage to Anna Autry on June 27, 1985. He is survived by his wife Anna, two daughters, Lisa Kissee & husband Ron of Spfd, and Cindy McClelland & husband Terry of Nixa; three Grandsons, Jeremy Kissee & wife Rhonda, Jason Kissee & wife Haily, and Matthew McClelland & wife Melissa; five Great Grandchildren, Autumn Kissee, Kayleigh McClelland, Violet Kissee, Aaliyah McClelland & Riley McClelland, plus a special cousin Ennis Swain & many friends. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm on Wed. May 27 at Gorman-Scharpf Funeral Home, Springfield. Burial will follow at the New Missouri Veterans Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Tues. May 26 from 6:00 - 8:00 pm at the Funeral Home.
