Horace P. "Buster" Troutman, age 91, of Lebanon Missouri passed away on Thursday, November 26, 2015 in Springfield Missouri. He was born on November 19, 1924 in Alpena Pass, Arkansas to Leonard and Izora (Brown) Troutman. After serving in the US Navy during WWII, he returned to Springfield where he worked in radio repair before owning and operating Troutman TV Repair for many years. He then worked as Concession Manager for the Ozark Empire Fair and served as President of the Missouri Association of Fairs and Festivals in 1979. He also went on to be the Assistant Manager of the Missouri State Fair in Sedalia. After retirement, he and his wife Lou purchased a farm in Lebanon, Missouri where he enjoyed his favorite hobbies, furniture making and gardening.
Preceded in death by his wives: LouAnna (Floyd) Troutman (m. 1967-2009) and Agnes (Graves) Troutman (m. 1948-1966), his parents, sisters Alameda and Reva, and brother Clyde.
Survived by four daughters: Barbara Ingalsbe (Steve), Springfield; Rebecca Pickering (Keith), Ft Pierce, FL; Cindy Albers (Bob), Jacksonville, FL; April Ogle (Dennis), Montreal, MO; and son: Ronald Troutman (Corrin), Fayetteville, AR; plus 8 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. He is also survived by his siblings David Troutman (Lebanon), Frieda Blackwood (Jackson, MI), Willodean Hawkey (Ft. Walton Beach, FL), and Lennice Meyers (Ft. Smith, AR).
Services and burial will be at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery on Monday, December 7, 2015.
