Holly Jo Cuoco, 58, passed peacefully in her home on Sunday, November 6. She was born on July 29, 1953 to Rayburn and June Poole in Flint, Michigan. She is survived by her daughter, Leah Cuoco and Leah's fiance, Todd Young, St. Charles, MO; her siblings, Jan Malaqui, Ewa Beach, HI, Beth Laves, Bowling Green, KY, Bobbie Venable, Springfield, MO, Don Windham, Dexter, MO; her step mother, Essie Poole Benjamin, Corinth, MS, her maternal aunt and uncle, Bonnie and Charlie Drye, Ozark, MO, and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins. Holly graduated from SMSU in 1975 with a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design. She worked 18 years for the Division of Family Services as a Social Worker and 13 years for the Missouri Career Center as a Career Counselor and Business Services Representative. Holly was a great friend to all who met her and was a wonderful and devoted mother. She had a deep appreciation for the arts and was very creative with a good eye for interior design. She loved to paint, cook, go to the theater, make flower arrangements, and attend art events. She was the chair of the Missouri United Choice in Healthcare (MUCH) committee, an Ambassador to several local Chambers of Commerce, and an active donor to St. Jude's Children's Hospital. Visitation will be held at 2:00PM Sunday, November 13 at Ozark Christian Church, 1200 E. McCracken, Ozark, MO followed by a memorial service at 3:00PM.
