Obituary
Hank was born April 1, 1935 in Chicago, Illinois to Henry G. and Lillian Rosinski Dvorak whom preceded him in death.
He was a member of Knights of Columbus, Forest Park Police Reserve, American Cancer Society and awarded Citizen of the Year.
Hank is survived by his wife, Mary Lou Dvorak of the home; his son and daughter-in-law, Robert and Lynn Dvorak of Springfield, MO; his daughter, Carlene Dvorak of Nixa, MO; his sister, Helen Serzen and late husband Jerry Serzen of Lombard, IL; two grandsons, Dane and wife, Danielle Dvorak of Overland Park, KS and Jordan and wife, Yared Dvorak of Prairie Village, KS; two step-grandchildren, Tyler and wife, Sara Swope of Monett, MO and Logan Swope of Springfield, MO; three great-granddaughters, Dani Dvorak of Overland Park, KS, and Emma and Violet Dvorak of Prairie Village, KS; and two step great-grandchildren, Eli and Eleanor Swope of Monett, MO
Memorial Mass will be Saturday, June 30, 2018 at 11:00 am at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, Nixa. Visitation will be Friday, June 29, 2018 from 6-9 pm at Gorman-Scharpf Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 844 S. Gregg Road, Nixa, Missouri 65714.
