Helena Clines, 94 years young, was born March 2, 1930 and left this earthly home for one in heaven on October 31, 2024. She leaves behind her son, Gary Filbeck and his wife Kelley along with their two dogs Yogi and Rippy; her daughter Debbie Ray with her husband Gary. In addition, she has three remaining siblings; brothers Dwight Moore with his wife Judy; Ralph Moore; one sister; Angela Bennett with husband John; and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her first husband John J. Filbeck; her second husband Gerald L. Clines; her parents Guy E. and Georgia M. Moore; brothers Guy Jr., Dean, Joe, Paul, Tommy, and Gary; and sister Yvonne Choate.

Funeral service is handled by Gorman-Scharpf Funeral Home on East Seminole in Springfield. There will be a visitation/celebration at 11:30 am -12:30pm Tuesday, November 5 and at 1:00 pm, a short service at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery.

The family is asking that instead of flowers that a donation in Helena's honor of her love of furry babies be made to one of the animal care facilities in Greene county.
