Heather Ann Ameye passed on May 21, 2015 after a 3 1/2 year fight with cancer. Heather's love of nature and the outdoors led to many wonderful years enjoying gardening, fishing at the lake, and spending endless days at the pond. Her boundless determination led her to complete a degree, have a successful career and start her own business as the co-owner of Rusty Moose Lodge Decor. Her radiant personality always made her a magnet for people; she made friends everywhere she went. She was a kind and wonderful person who will be dearly missed by everyone whose lives she touched. Survivors include a son, Nathan Ameye and his partner, Darla Upchurch; a brother, Robin Turner; a sister, Maria Turner and fiance, Bob Powell.
