Obituary

Harry Partenheimer, age 90, of Springfield, Missouri passed away Tuesday, March 5, 2024. He was born on February 1, 1934 in Red Bud, Illinois, born to Milton and Artona Partenheimer.

He was a 1952 graduate of Maryland Heights High School in St. Louis County.  In 1972 he established Queen City Kitchens, Inc. Harry was a master woodworker creating intricate and beautifully designed custom cabinets, his craftmanship can be found throughout residential homes and commercial buildings in Southwest Missouri and Arkansas. Harry was an avid fisherman, golfer, card player, and overall sports enthusiast.

Harry is preceded in death by his beloved wife Jamie Lou Partenheimer (Sprinkle); two sons Mark Partenheimer and Dennis Partenheimer; one brother Fred Partenheimer and one sister Jean Bunch; two great-granddaughters Sidney Stockton and Reagen Stockton. He is survived by one son, Jeffrey Partenheimer of Overland, MO; one sister Sandra Leonard of St. Charles, MO; he was a doting grandfather to four granddaughters Maria (Stacy) Stockton of Springfield, MO., Annie McGuire of Springfield, MO., Kristen Cantrell of Ozark, MO., Kaylee Peacock of San Antonio, TX.; Nine great-grand kids Britton Gillette, Mark Stockton, Sophia Stockton, Madilyn Goodwin, Brian McGuire, Grant Boyd, Lyla Goad, Bryce Peacock, Everly Goad; one great-great-grandchildren Corbin Gillette.

Visitation will be held Friday, March 15, 2024, from 5-8 PM at Gorman-Scharpf Funeral Home. Interment will be in Bull Creek, N.C.
