Harold DaJuane Coulter (known as SACC to his young cousins and friends) was born October 27, 1979, to Wanda L. Coulter and Harold F. (Snake) Anderson in a speeding ambulance headed for Wadley Hospital in Texarkana, Texas.

DaJuane spent his early years in Nashville, Arkansas and later moved to Springfield, Missouri. He attended the Springfield School District, graduating from Hillcrest High School in 1998. After high school, he furthered his education at Missouri Valley College and Northeastern Oklahoma A&M. He also attended the School of Hard Knocks, of which he was not ashamed, because it made him a better man.

He worked for Nonna’s Italian Cafe and was currently employed by KRAFT Foods until his health would no longer allow him to hold a job.

He was a Kansas City Chiefs football fan and a Golden State Warriors basketball fan from the heart. There was no need to ask who he supported because he represented them well. You could catch him at any given time decked out in his Red, Yellow and White Chiefs or his Royal Blue, Gold and White Warriors attire. He was a lover of tennis shoes and he was noted for keeping them squeaky clean.

DaJuane loved his family. He was a VERY VOCAL part of the DD Coulter Next Generation Reunion Committee and always had big ideas on what the family should do at the next reunion. He made sure that everything was in order and that everyone had a good time. His great desire was for the family to go on a cruise for a reunion, of which he couldn’t get much support. (He understood that his Mom and Aunties weren’t for that much water) Before his illness, he was most times the first person to sign on to the “Coulter Dynasty Family Messenger Page” and if he didn’t sign in first or second, somebody would ask if he was OK. He was an encourager. Always admonishing the family to Keep the faith and Have a Good Day! He was always concerned about the “Aunties” and kept up with them as if he was their daddy.

DaJuane was a great son and an even greater dad. He adored his 2 sons and spoiled them just like he was.

Although he was not a member of the local congregation, he was a believer. On many Sunday mornings you could catch him tuned in to the Phone Conference Call listening to Morning Worship with the New Hope Missionary Baptist Church of Daingerfield, Texas.

Illness took its toll on DaJuane during his last year. He fought hard and he kept a positive attitude throughout that time. Many days he didn’t feel well but still managed to crack a joke with his cousins when they came by to visit him. In the early morning hours on Friday, August 28th, God said enough is enough and called him home.

He was preceded in death by his father, Harold F. (Snake) Anderson; his paternal and maternal grandparents; uncles, aunts and cousins.

Those left behind to cherish his memories include: his mother, Wanda L. Coulter; his 2 sons, Damani Tajai Coulter and Elijah Omari Coulter, all of Springfield, MO; 2 sisters: Yalonda Benson and LaTina Anderson of Nashville, AR; 2 uncles: Lindell Coulter and Earmon Anderson, Jr. (Deanna); 5 aunts: Carolyn Austin, Minnie Johnson, Barbara Smith, Loretta Hill (Pastor DA), and Vicki Anderson; nieces and nephews, many cousins (that were more like siblings) a host of friends, who stuck by his side until the end and the members of his Over Easy AA class.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Saturday, September 5, 2026 at Gorman-Scharpf Funeral Home, followed by a celebration of life at 11:00 AM in the funeral home. Another homegoing celebration will take place Saturday, September 12, 2026, at 3:00 PM at Mt. Zion Baptist Church, 1500 S. Ansley St., Nashville, Arkansas.
