Goldie Louise (Barton) Robinson, 88, died June 8, 2016 in her home. She was born in Rockland, ME April 4, 1928 to Leslie D. and Virginia (Reardon) Barton. On April 2, 1948, she married Robert W. (Robby) Robinson. After living in Miami, New Orleans and Atlanta, they moved to Springfield in 1972.

As a volunteer, Goldie spent her life serving others.

She is survived by her children Bart and Sue, Coral and Paul, Richard and Linda and Ann and Sam; eight grandchildren Rita, Alan, Carey, Ciara, Robert, Mary, Chrissy, Samantha; eleven great-grandchildren Allison, Matt, Laira, Rylee, Abby, Carter, Emma, Kaylee, Chad, Jackson and baby Kyler; and two sisters June and Connie.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Ozark Food Harvest or Victory Mission.

Funeral Mass will be held Saturday, June 11, 2016 at 8:00 a.m. in Holy Trinity Catholic Church with Father Fergus Monaghan celebrant under the direction of Gorman-Scharpf Brentwood Chapel. Burial will follow in Resurrection Cemetery. No visitation is planned.
