Gloria Anne Kocevar, of Springfield, Missouri, passed away at home on July 28th, 2025, at the age of 85.

Born in Curwensville, Pennsylvania, on February 5th, 1940 to Henry Napier and Mary (Zellers) Napier, Gloria spent the first part of her life in Rockford, Illinois, and Liverpool, Pennsylvania working for Bell Telephone and then for Oliver Corporation where she met her husband of sixty years, Robert (Bob) Kocevar. They moved to Blue Springs, Missouri in the late nineteen-seventies and Gloria spent most of her life as a homemaker raising two daughters and working as a school nurse and in the child care field. She enjoyed crafting, flower arranging, decorating the home, and baking. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother.

Gloria is survived by her two daughters, Kara Crockett and Kelly Baldwin, grandchildren Beau, Brett, Annabel and Zane, and her sister, Donna. Gloria was preceded in death by her husband Bob, her parents Henry and Mary, and her siblings Nancy, Robert, and Ken.

A private graveside service with interment will be held at Missouri Veteran's Cemetery in Springfield, Missouri.
