The Phils also appeared on ABC's The Eddy Arnold Show in 1956 and briefly had their own show on Springfield's KYTV-TV. They recorded on the Cardinal Records Label, songs included Teen Town Hop and That's Why I'm Losing You, both written by Eldridge Moss. The Phils would perform across the country putting smiles on thousands of people. George Alfred Culp loves spending quality time with his family. He lived his last moments with his beloved son Terry Culp in Georgia. George loved watching sports, especially the Cardinals baseball team and playing Bid Whist. George has his own special relationship with each of his children. Memories of him attending football games, train rides to Colorado, state fairs, holidays, Park Day festivities, coaching youth baseball, watching sports and just everyday conversations are all memorable and important to him and his children.
