Gary William Yarbrough, 75, of Strafford passed away on Sunday, August 14. He was born on May 14, 1941 to Freeman and Luella (Gibson) Yarbrough. He was the Owner/Operator of Creative Custom Body Works. He was a member of Bass Chapel Baptist Church, Strafford Masonic Lodge #608, Scottist Rite, and the Abou Ben Adhem Shrine Yaban Unit.

He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife, Iris Yarbrough of Strafford, son Tony (Shari) Yarbrough of Rogersville, daughter Sheri (Patrick) Carson of Sylmar, CA, step-daughter Valerie Cooper of Springfield, several grandchildren, and many other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, August 17, 2016 at 2:00 pm at Bass Chapel Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Bass Chapel Cemetery. A visitation will be held from 12:00 – 2:00 pm at the church.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Bass Chapel Cemetery.
